The mission of Turingsense EU LAB is to transform the way in which movement analysis is carried out in sports and rehabilitation. This is achieved by using new wearable technologies that can be suitable in end-user scenarios and directly adopted by non expert users.


To achieve its mission, Turingsense EU LAB is driven by the vision of its founders on a new framework of development in human motion capture. The framework starts from the creation of easy to use hardware up to a customized end-user application.

Management Model

Turingsense EU LAB operates in strict collaboration with its customers, from the definition of the specs related to the final application to the design of a customized solution. Such solution includes specific biomechanical protocols, sensor fusion algorithms and software development platforms.

Turingsense Technology

Based on our +15 years experience in the field, we developed our own algorithms for a motion capture that is totally free from magnetometer solutions but that can still provide long and continuous recording.




From a practical perspective, this means to run full body motion capture with the following advantages:

  1. no need to calibrate magnetometer at each recording session (there aren't any)

  2. no limitation in the type environment where motion capture can be carried out:

    • laboratory

    • home

    • pysiotherapic office

  3. no limitation in the scenario of application:

    • gait analysis with cables under the ground

    • force plates

    • prosthetic devices or metallic orthopedic tools

    • ferromagnetic objects in the environment

Design and performances have been proved even in very complex motion capture scenarios.

An example of shirt and pants were developed for consumers, under the PIVOT YOGA product (Pivot Yoga). This is what you can dream in a final application thanks to our innovation.
